From 1 July 2014 we will be replacing the paper Take it away surveys which the customer fills out at the point of sale with online questionnaires.
As a benefit of using the V12 System all retailers processing Take it away on the V12 options will no longer have to send manual surveys in. The surveys will be sent from us directly to customers via email following their purchase, so you will no longer need to ask customers to complete this form. However, it is now crucial that the customer email address is captured at the point of application in order for us to send the customer the survey.
Email addresses will only be used for this survey, not for marketing, and will not be shared with any third parties.
