Tomorrow's Warriors, one of the UK's leading organisations for jazz music education and artist development, is heading to the Southbank Centre in London for their Annual Showcase. Held on 7 December, the two concerts will feature performances by young up-and-coming jazz musicians.
The lunchtime session at 1pm, will feature the Junior Warriors. Featuring young people aged 9-15 at the start of their jazz journey, the Junior Warriors will be playing some of their favourite jazz tunes.
The evening showcase is at 5.30pm, and will feature the Tomorrow's Warriors Youth Jazz Orchestra for 15-25 year olds, and ensembles from the award-winning Youth Warriors aged 15-19. They'll be playing a great set of popular tunes, jazz standards and originals that will show why this collective is rapidly gaining popularity among young players and jazz aficionados.
You can catch the Annual Showcase for free at the Southbank Centre on 7 December.
