Based on research conducted with TGI Insights and Integration, Arts Council England were able to identify 13 segments within arts audiences in England. This was done to get a better understanding of how different people interact with the arts, what certain segments do or don't like doing and how often they do it. As a result, it is hoped that the information will help arts organisations, artists, local authorities and others find new ways to excite engage and inspire people.
